I had hoped I can catch his 170 gunships off guard, but he moved them before my fleet arrived 
Anyway, all I lost were a few thousand corvettes that are easily and cheaply replaced (got a huge stockpile I didn’t have fleet slots or labor for). He lost not only much more in value, but also in time

He’s rank 15, his mate is rank 10 and his other mate is whatever and they’re defending each other. I’m rank 4 (going to jump to 2 in an hour or so) and I’m fighting them all alone 
It’s just high-ranking players having a war, I guess.
