I also have insomnia, but it is from ptsd. I hope Yiole does not have that problem too.
These amounts are like from OGame. So many ships you could make a moon on the orbit after battle in space. And moons were created indeed.
Probably it’s just a collateral effect of low serotonin, like depressive tendencies. I should exercise to raise my serotonin levels and that would also help sorting my overweight and maybe even put a stop to my family diabetes (since my grandpa’s grandpa already had it).
As with many other things, the difficult part is acting. I swore I wouldn’t kill myself while my parents and sister lived, but I never intended to live long and healthy. Not when my life is what it is and not any of the thousands of better ideas i have about it, all of them involving not being me. It’s like knowing you’d need to roll a 5 to win and your only dice is a D4. Many people don’t know what is their dice. But I do.
Anyway I don’t smoke, don’t drink, don’t do drugs, that sh*t never interested me. I am high enough with my brain alone, for good and for bad. Boredom triggers my creativity and creativity keeps my brain active, so a part of my sleep disorder is being mentally active because I am bored because I don’t fall asleep, and since I am mentally active I don’t fall asleep so I grow bored so my creativity keeps my brain active… usually I spend anything between 45 minutes to 2 hours in this vicious circle before I actually sleep. And if I tried to take sleep pills, I would be anxious about not missing their effect, so I would not fall asleep when they kicked in and then I would be in a even worse situation. Already happened with natural herbs, after the third night I stopped taking them.
I should exercise. That would be a solution, probably. Or maybe not. I can’t say I will never try it… but that won’t happen tomorrow nor next year.
You should make 30 pushups just because you think you cant.
First 10, then 11, then 12, then 13, and so on, one day off, one day exercise, and day off, one exercise, and so on. No skipping. Worked for me.
