Hehe, I like the part where the Crytek people massively left Crytek to join the CIG. Looks like they left lawyers in the former company. :joy:

As for the engine changing and being something else at some point, how they can determine it? I dont see how Crytek ever forbid to develop something on the basis of their engine and then CIG claims they have other engine than Cry engine at some point. Do CIG have papers that are giving it right to the software?

Actually I dont see how CIG will came out of this without paying Crytec something, Crytec talks about exclusivity. Maybe if CIG would somehow show that star citizen development ended at some point, and when they switched game engines it became completely other game(s), but I think it would require some serious brain gymnastics.
