Oh yeah, update. I learned that the game actually didn’t contain malware, I just F***ed up the Directx install and critically damaged W10, worked on a fresh drive. And apparently steam can’t verify if the DLC is real since then it would flag mods as pirated info, etc. Same goes for all other Bethesda games. I have to assume this is on purpose, perhaps by “GodHoward”, the man that made horses climb vertical mountains.

And the reason I bought it instead of other means, beyond the legal cycle, is that it takes time to set up for other sites. A “should not be named site”, but is well known, has the cycle of


  • Setup VPN
  • Verify distributer
  • Verify checksums
  • Scanning
  • Waiting for mod approval and verification
  • etc

This just made it faster to do the stupid thing so I didn’t have to wait multiple days to run my tests.

And, just to put this out there, I do have the money to buy the real edition and fully intend to, but I’ve wanted to test out something like this for days. Now, back to homework
 It was a fun adventure

I also learned that Linux AV and RK detectors don’t work in VM’s, they assumed that every process was malicious, even the file manager. Also, Bitdefender is a bit crap when not used for extended periods of time (kept crashing).

People are opening convo with me like crazy. I put up Capital Ancillary Shield booster BPC for 1.3 bil and I received like 45-50 convos
all of them are asking me to sell it to them. My CEO warned me that the normal price is in fact 7 bil!!!
