I dont see any flagged posts. I think they were removed. But you can look at it from different perspective, you are lucky that CCP Falcon didnt ban you!

I edited them and now are respectable enough to be displayed. They give you 10 minutes to edit them after clicking a link in the warning message.

No, I think that will never be resolved, probably someone stole all the rewards. 
But I made some nice posters that I printed out and have slightly better Blender skills. 
So its like a reward in itself.
