I don’t know what timing you’re talking about (here the big international news are being the elections in Italy, the congress in China and the siege of Guta in Syria), but concerning the Wikipedia, the concept that “everybody is wrong but our leader” tends to end with disappointment when “everybody” means the whole rest of the world.
