You used to be able to declare war on any player owned corp regardless of holdings.

I pay my sub every month to be able to log into Eve and get double SP training time. Everything I do after that is on my own time and most of the time I see it as fun and not a grind. So all the minerals I receive from missioning comes at no extra cost. I have tens of thousands of battleship blueprint copies at max Material Efficiency and max Time Efficiency ten runs per copy. One day they will be worth something at the moment CCP does not count the cost of them.
Solo is my preferred playstyle, and has been for nearly a decade. So the minerals are free mentality rings true with myself, others may not see at as such that’s the sandbox for you.

To be fair, wardecs were broken; and nobody knew how to fix them, least of all CCP.
Combined with the loss of the watch list it basically ensured the birth of the supermerc.
The circle of nerf became complete when people started calling for yet more nerfs due to what came of the previous nerfs.
Ofcourse… we knew that would happen.

No, you’re supposed to profit from people like him. You buy up their under priced goods and relist them.
If he’s happy with what he’s doing let him get on with it, he obviously finds his time to be well spent.
His idea of what his time is worth is not going to be the same as anybody else’s. If someone wants to min max then fair play to them too.
Obviously opportunity cost is a thing, but it’s down to the individual to set what that cost is, especially in terms of leisure time.
