It’s a yes/no question though. If you had a “meh” experience then you didn’t “enjoy playing eve today” so you hit no.

Those options are not usefull at all too. Think what developer can deduct from such options. NOTHING.

What is the purpose of it?

To make you feel better, thinking CCP cares about your satisfaction. Thats a simple trick.
