CCP likes money so they let us on and let us do mostly what we want .Oh boy you didn’t even get to the good parts yet when people used to ransom others on coms and make them sing a few girls even took off their top as ransom.
i am game Dev i know how hard making money selling entertainment is so i can at least relate and understand … but its a false claim , they did every thing possible to make new Eden competitive and with one of the most humane design principles i have ever seen the issue is not with CCP or the game core mechanics its with people , no one gains MONEY from that ■■■■ so what you are saying does not hold water i am sorry …
The point is not to just kill someone in game it’s to make the loss feel as bad as possible
loss is a part of a lot of games that is what makes it a lot of other games such as survival games popular it makes an even level of play for every one and it pushes every one to try and be smart to make some thing both in budget and with good enough performance so no one just forever flys a huge ship , see i do understand this world alot more then most assume but again the issue is not with the game or its makers its with us people in it giving a pass to such assholes and even implying that its a part of the game WHEN ITS NOT! losing your ship is not the bad bit , telling you its the only way to enjoy the game is ! now do you understand why this big post was made ?

its not fun for whoever you ■■■■ on for no purpose , start a war with them , shoot them , make it even story driven , make content, find for an example people your character would normally pull the trigger on , learn about the world , be reasonable , implement a touch of humanity FFS is it FUN to be an Asshole ? no its not in an sea of assholes no one enjoys anything and soon only assholes will swim in that sea
when every one self destructs no body wins … please understand that what you doo effects the world and people around you , even if its a game we are real people you deserve to have fun too so why rip your self from it by being an dick about it calling it fun ? its only fun MAYBE when you are doing it hell i dont enjoy it not in here not anywhere or in any gameand it surely is NOT fun since you said your self

Do you feel sorry for a player you kill maybe over a dozen times in a fps game?Why should I feel sorry for killing them in EVE when I’m rewarded for it,I can get their modules or cargo and better my play style at their rxpense

in the world of new Eden i act as if Raven Valentine which is also me would act in the world of new Eden …maybe some one IN new Eden can use means to change my mind , political view , story of some sort etc , YES i would change behavior and opinion but right now we are talking about basic principle as people and how we react to one another online , again this is not about killing some one else’s ship , its every thing else around how it happenes and why and how people glorfy the ■■■■■■■■ and harmfull noennse they glue to it … like i said in the post
I’ve met tons of players over time and some in real life too and to be fair all were very nice people yet in game they did the worse things extortion,piracy,scamming,Corp theft
well it shows you just how far those people would go if there were no police officers standing where you met them now DOES IT !?..
maybe abit to harsh … maybe they see it as a game and that its okay , but it shows you that they are capable of harm … but still… even if it was …why…some one pays Real money just like you to have a day off after a long painful work’s day , they deserve some human implementation from a human just like them
i am from Libya ffs others are maybe from other worse places in the world , why do they deserve to have Space , actual space with all its possibilities and activities and technology possible with in that world to be forced in to being a Cog in a war machine , they are trying to fly off as far as possible From war… come oooon
With no law or order in the world we’d act very very bad indeed like I said we got games to vent out our frustrations as long as you keep it separate it’s a cheap form of etertainment even if it’s at the expense of other players

at least i agree with you on that … but to vent and feel better you normally would do some thing that some how gives a positives impact … not hurt you by every mean possible inside and out side of the game just because you share that world that is very sadistic …hhhh still you have a point … i just wish if it was not what the majority would seem to be OKAY with watching asshole do it and then join them for the giggles but then again that is what we have Eve elections for …
i once gave a class on Peace to a few people who i had with me during the rebellion in my country , i have traveled before and after to several places and acted as a translator and as Representative to few fronts so i recovered faster then most when it came to reconnecting with the civil world , but back to the story
we made a small practice in the workshop i gave them all balloons and a small plastic shiv like edge , and asked them all to scatter in the room , fill the ballooon and wait to hear the rules of the game we are going to play
the rule was simple , whoever keeps his own balloon from blowing up Wins
10 seconds and a war automatically started , one last guy won after every one lost the balloon
the fun bit is that i told them ‘’ you could have Alll won if you didnt attack one another for no Reason , there was no rule that suggested you should attack one another and there was no Rule that said there should be only one winner .’’
take that example and think about it … this is what being with people who imply that this is the only way to go about doing things in this game would work does to its community , we give them a pass for such a notion since they give every one else names like care bears noobs torusist and every thing in the world names like Rats and the entire world to them is a big calculator without a soul or purpose , while pointing out fingers with laughter to every one who DOES wish ti delve in to the aspects of the world and learn about it and wants to see it as not such a big heartless calculator with no purpose, even thou in every sand box game you should make one of your own , when you cant find one of our own you end up ruining other people’s that is what the ones complaning eve is boring while camping gates for 4 hours are doing , and then they go on chaters making every one new think that this is the only way to get a head in new Eden and making a HUGE progression Step which was not intended by the developers , just that the new player never knew or was shown another way and eve is Deep as hell , poor things would not know any better the moment they are thrown in to the world , i love that it has no hand holding but …it sure does not have any hand cleaning for those assholes to abuse the ignorance or more like lack of information , they are new they still need time to bake the idea of this new world , only to have some DICK head ruin it for them before they even get to start THAT IS WHAT THE POST IS ABOUT ■■■■■■■■ like this
