Ya know what’s gonna happen. Ya’ve seen it times and times again. He’d just reopen it again, have it locked, reopens, complains, then receives a ban. Ya must’ve had ya fair share of these already.

I think I saw the op actually ingame and he told my alt to leave the system but then did nothing. So it can’t at least be a FabRod alt.

You know, you could make for yourself a great career as a professional caterer. You can just walk up to a table and they’ll have all the salt they ever need.
I read it and yes, it’s written badly.
To be fair, he’s under 30 and from/living in Libya, a country in a constant state of Civil War since at least 2011. English education might not have been as formal as we would have it in Europe or so. Also, the main language there is Arabic which has a much more fluid way of speaking compared to English (and even more so compared to my main language, German). He should improve his English and he shouldn’t be cocky calling others being lazy for not reading it, but in his case I think it’s fair to not judge him too hard for his lack of language skill.
Also, regarding his question about why EVE players decide to be “mean”/mean to each other, by doing PVP and by (sometimes) harassing each other, it must be at least considered how he experiences real life.
Most players here don’t live as citizens in a country of actual real war, atrocities, catastrophe. Some guys here telling him to HTFU while they don’t know any similar hardship to what he probably witnessed. That doesn’t mean EVE will or should change for him, but I think for someone who didn’t have a choice in seeing his country fall apart and who seeks temporary refuge in computer games, it gets more understandable to wonder why people from countries without war, would choose to play so hard, be so harsh.
He can’t understand the mentality of people who live in actual safety but seek some excitement in virtual conflict, as many others can’t understand the mentality of people who live in real war, but seek some virtual peace. We can only try.
And while I don’t agree with his claims and while I also think he was pretty harsh and pricky in his words, I’m happy to see someone from Libya playing EVE.
