The Rise and Fall in Bitcoin Value

Ho yes, there is a use : it’s speculation. Does not mean it has a use as a service. It’s just plain worse than money.

And as other people already told, it’s a toll on society.

I’m glad I did not waste my time

The intellectual dishonesty here is absolutely staggering. Let me know if anyone actually wants to have a honest discussion about the topic.

Now YOU are making personal attacks.

Dare to complain about them again ?

To quote yourself,

One more thing

Its already called security issue when you see how much he travels.
Maybe he fears some people he shilled doge.

Don’t be intellectually dishonest, then I don’t have to call you intellectually dishonest. Simple

but you never have to, even when you think I am.

Claiming otherwise IS actual dishonest.

Your claim is hypocritical because you complain about the other making personal attacks, then proceed as such.

It’s an hypocritical fail.

Dude, you are probably one of the most toxic people on this forums. I don’t think I ever had a discussion with you that didn’t end in some idiotic word games. All you are here for is to prove you are right no matter if you are or not.

I gave it a honest try again today but you just showed the same dishonesty as always when answering, so I’m not wasting any more time with you.

I just put you on the block list. Bye

We can’t even take care of scams in real life and someone’s bank account out there regularly has money stolen out of it due to skimmers or key loggers. We will never get rid of scammers in anything we do unless people actually punish them and then broadcast it with their name, ethnicity, and religious background if any. I bet when someone is selling imitation rolexes in a mall somewhere and is arrested no one knows anything except the people present that saw the police arrest him but they never know the reason why. Though those population’s problems are their own. People often times get into alternative means of income production or scamming because the opportunity to have a job that allows them to be livable simply isn’t there. Though an extreme minority gets a rush I believe from swindling people.

to quote yourself , you are proving you know “absolutely nothing about the topic”.

It’s not idiotic word game. You are making personal attacks.

You are claiming that the energy cost of BTC is acceptable depending on your belief on the bitcoin, while the belief on the BTC depend on the energy cost of BTC and the market value, making a circular argument.

It’s not idiotic word game. It’s you claiming nonsense.

Look, if you can’t even differentiate between energy producers and energy consumers I can’t really help you. It should be obvious that coal plants and other forms of energy production should be banned no matter what the energy is used for and Bitcoin mining should ideally only be done with wast energy, that is energy that can’t be used or stored otherwise.

But it seems if you need an argument against Bitcoin, it’s ok to lower your IQ below room temperature and just recite some ■■■■ you read something without thinking about it for a second.

Sorry, here is a disclaimer…

That aside,

I do not need to. “Bitcoin is mainly produced” (aka the calculations) in low energy price areas this is a fact. Wishing it’s different does not make it so.

I agree with that but this is no near future goal for any government on the earth. So bitcoin ‘generation/trading’ will be depending on coal for the most part and no one can solve that soon.
That is why bitcoin (and all it’s new name whatever derivatives/variants/…) should not be used in any form until there is a time where clean energy will be cheap and plenty.

drools, then wipes the drool of his face I’m sorry, I forgot to swallow.
That aside, please indicate the desired “IQ level” or required “certificate of learning bitcoin (and all it’s new name whatever derivatives/variants/…)” or other requirements to CCP so they can put in a system so people ‘not deemed worthy to participate’ from the conversation can be “silenced”.

Who are you to decide what I do with the energy I purchase?

If you want to be serious about climate change or environment pollution then go complain where they actually burn coal and other fossil fuels to produce energy.

Again, if you can’t even differentiate between energy producers and energy consumers then we have nothing to talk about.

And yet BTC requires cheap fossil fuel electricity.

Because otherwise people can’t mine, and so the chain is down.

Karak is right though. People who think they have the right to tell others what they can and can’t do with what they purchase are usually weak. It’s why instead of sacrificing themselves and their life as they know it to tackle a problem, like climate change, they’d rather talk about it in hopes to manipulate someone who can or attack others. No one here is going to sacrifice themselves to develop clean energy but they will attack others which is morally wrong. If people can’t even be secure about the things they purchase, with due time, society would collapse.

false dichotomy fallacy.

I told him the consequences of the actions.
X: “I make bitcoin! You should too!”
Y: “It’s based upon coal, it is bad”
X: “It should run on clean energy”
Y: “Well, since it does not, it should not run right?”
Z: “OMG! You evil fascist! Stop telling others what to do”

These forums are the best. lol.

No one cares what you call it, it’s the truth. It’s why people go online to complain about it instead of doing something themselves which is why they tend to receive ire that’s justified. Furthermore, cockblocking people from actually trying to increase their prosperity ensures that the person who could have done something about it doesn’t since the genius that could potentially solve problems might be too busy doing a full time job and then too tired to care when at home like the average wage earner. Imagine if someone who holds bitcoin realizes that if he cashed out now he could retire without the need to work and then proceeds to use his wealth to study, research, and develop clean energy solutions. Imagine if it was shut down before he got rich over clean energy reasons. We wouldn’t see the genius solve our problems. Not everyone can be Tom Brady or Michael Jordan and the same applies to intelligence and technological advancements. Tesla cars have been reported to strain power grids while the worst that has happened with bitcoins is that graphic cards get hoarded.

Do you per chance drive a car? Maybe you should stop until ALL of them run on electricity
