You know, this just proves that these people will make up absolutely anything right on the spot to keep the narrative going. Just layers of lies and misdirection which turn into a quagmire of self-contradictions. They’re extremely easy to play off of themselves.

Some people would certainly benefit to refrain from using social media. I think you’re one of them.
Depression is already a hard thing to shake off without adding the vitriol that social media seems to have perfected.
In this way I’m glad that my parents forbade me to have an android or pc until recently and I’m glad they still forbid me from using certain sites and apps.
Don’t judge too harshly though. Like others have said on here, most people wouldn’t behave in real life the way they behave in forum or on social media generally. Take things on the Net with a grain of salt. This medium seems to bring out the worst in people, I think it’s because of the lack of proximity and frustration over the lack of nuances of the written form.
Many people do not bother to write and/or add to their post to allow for those nuances so the post comes out raw, harsh, condescending and almost insulting while the reality is that they didn’t bother to write more, to soften the tone of the post.
We all have more in common than appears on internet what you may be upset about may also have been written by people who suffer from the same thing you’re suffering from. You’re not alone.

Thats the rules that now exist and that Im in breach of and the ISDs refuse to punish me for, is the narrative that seems to be going on atm
