I think I still have some standing with em actually. But yeah most NPC factions offer missions or other ways to get good with em.
You know those pirate frigates cruisers and battleships everyone loves? Normally, you get those from agents just like fleet issue things from HS agents.

If you wanna improve standing with a pirate faction, be prepared to tank your sec status.
You can also buy a standings permit from a faction diplo and get a boost.

Just roll an alt account and join up. Use a referral link to start with 1,000,000 extra SP, which will put you into a nearly maxed-out Alpha Catalyst.

some of the facts that you need to be aware if you commited to play EVE ONLINE…
1.Under role play people can harass you they can run smear campaigns about you… they can ruin your all reputation and they can steal your years of investment… and this is all ok for CCP
- Under name of role play And according to EULA… you here simply resigning from international human rights… like freedom of speech … Preserving and respect human honour and dignity… and you have no rights if they dont say so
and many other Human rights are simply undermined in the game under the " Role Play"
For example i got harassed like overa month constantly … im a female player… they have shared their sexual fantasies about me… dreaming about using me as a jabba sytle sex slave… they made commets about how much husband with me in the bed… also they told me that they will cut of my hands …
Also they told me that im a women and i do belong to kitchen and pots and pans… NOT play EVE online and hell no do PVP…
and guess what GM told me ? … this is normal game banters EVe is game like ALL NORMAL…

Nah. The devs in Iceland are having a “Party at the Edge of the Volcano”, roasting hotdogs, having beers and Jagerbombs. Can’t blame them, there hasn’t been a fanfest “Party at the Top of the World” for a while now 
And judging by the number of unsolved bugs lately, they’re having a great time too, lmao

If you have the stomach for a lot of verbal abuse in local, the occasional hate mail from your targets, not to mention vicious forum posts directed at you, you can do it. Which brings us back to your OP.
Well I shall definitely do that. I’d like to learn how to gank other capsuleers, especially those fat haulers with millions of isk in modules in their cargo…yummy.

Honestly, sounds like an issue with that particular GM’s judgement. Sexism is not ok. GM’s are still just humans and you should probably file a complaint about that particular GM.
That being said, ganking miners using game mechanics and RP’ing that within the universe of EVE (aka. selling permits) is still fine.
Oh yeah here’s some useful advice.
Never ever ever ever open a link sent to you either by a target or someone hunting you, or wardec enemies.
Why? You never want to find out.

You can have multiple accounts per e-mail address. As many as you want. And you can refer yourself from your main account.
