I can understand your confusion. Sometimes i like to start fresh with no history, no money and just be born again in the game.
With that said, i found a way to jump in for a short while on my main characters, and that is thrue weekend packs 
it fits me well. Still would love to buy an extra slot or two.
You forgot the part where you can either play the game, or not. Nobody is going to change the game for you.

This game only makes you wait 10 hours. Over in Black Desert it is a full 24 hours. They do this for two good reasons; players make hasty decisions and change their mind, and to prevent farming exploits.
For example; over in Black Desert they have a crafting quest at level 20 and it is super easy to use a particular character to reach level 20 in 12 minutes with the needed skill to get the quest and reward. The reward is a junk dye, but you can combine the 2 junk dyes to make one premium dye to sell on the market. Slots on that game are sold for cash making it cost too much to exploit. They also added a lot more cut-scenes to the opening and increased the 12 minutes to about 30 or more.
Meanwhile I have 2 accounts here on, but I would not want to delete my characters over and over. I donāt want 3 or 30 accounts either. But they are not about to alter the game in this fashion. In fact, they might go the opposite and make it more daunting to access new characters by increased biomass timer and/or longer ridged tutorials.

Interestingly some people use (recycled) Alpha accounts / characters to farm certain COSMOS missions. However to be honest I donāt think it is financially viable or anything (as there are much better ISK making methods even when it comes to PvE) so it is a niche activity if anything, probably more of a preferred playstyle / activity.
Yeah, then just create another account and get 3 new slots. Fresh history, no money, have fun. Itās less than a minute.
And if your answer is āBUT I DONāT WANT TO!!!ā then it is YOUR OWN SELF-MADE PROBLEM.

Ok, but iām confused why this means you need to create a new character when you can just, you know, continue to use the old one?

Out of curiosity, why make a new character at all? Its not like you just hop through the tutorials and off you go, whether youre an alpha or omega clone there are a lot of foundational skills to train before you can start sinking your teeth into a lot of the content.
Just seems like youāre wasting your own time and setting yourself up to barely succeed at anything, over and over and over. Dont know if I see the reason behind it. Youve already got characters who have those skills trained, just keep it an alpha clone and youāre already miles and miles ahead.

I canāt access a whole lot from work on my phone. But I can show you that I could afford at least one billion.
I picked that transaction because it had 315 in itā¦
Someone elseās wallet taken from the internet or temporarily withdrawing corp ISK just to take a screenshot of it then move it back thus the ISK is not even yours.
The only way to confirm is sending it to Aiko to ensure she can see you spent it and that you will not get it back after you made the transaction.
