It is not a penalty for a player to have to actively play the game.

Running multiple accounts (which I do, by the way, including a small mining fleet) does not entitle anyone to a bonus of any kind. You pay more for access to more simultaneous logins. That is all you get.

Non-interactive and passive gameplay is bad for the game and enables botting (which is verboten, by the way). Adding active gameplay improves the game, engages players, and diminishes botting. All of these are good.

Diminishing botting is especially good for miners, who’s investment of time will be more valuable due to the reduction in passively/automated resource generation. You’re effectively taking The competition of sweatshops and slave labour out of the market, to use a loosely applicable real world analogy.

Then the solution is to remove all wait time between actions so every thing is instantaneous.
