If a person takes videos, can they use them to prove that there were no rule violations?
How can I contact a live GM about a rule violation instead of getting responses from an AI?

as videos can be edited, i highly doubt they would use your videos as proof of zero wrongdoing.. they have the stats.
Well you can certainly up load it. But whether it makes a difference is a different question. But seriously whatever the problem is if there was a rules violation. Making your case is really a matter of showing that you were either not part of it or were swept up in the person(s) actually committing the violation. In the case you feel you did not commit any rule breaking. I hope that in any case you have a good defense. A video may not be much help in any case. As the dev’s do have it all logged anyways. I have seen other games, where the users has a thumb nail in the lower corner and the camera is focused on his mouse and hand. They do this to prove they are not using an aim-bot in certain video games. However the video could be faked in real time, by using several clips of mouse and hand movements, and running a program to sync that to the aim-bot.
The cheaters are always hard at work making new ways to cheat. We can only hope the developers remain vigilant in their methods to detect them.
I actually hope that the GM developers are recording everything, but the whole problem is that I only get answers from AI bots, that’s why I’m asking how to contact the GM or the developers.

They won’t give you any data, just the result of their investigation. Which can be a ban, a ticket close or a refund…
However, they won’t argue with you about anything, you are not in a court.

Did you presumably violate a rule?
If I had to guess, he received a ban for input automation and now wants to ‘prove’ with a video that he played legit…

The dev’s certainly log everything. As to whether they would give you access to it. That is a different question. A question I am not qualified to answer definitively one way or the other. But you can certainly inquire as to the violation. The time and place it is thought to have happened. Again I do not know whether FC will answer that or not. It all varies from game to game. i am not aware of FC policies on all this.
