Hmm…no, I am not affiliated with Xenuria in any way…interesting take, though. I don’t like shoes nearly enough. 
Also Xenuria is nicer than I am.
I liked their posts 15 times? Huh… Like many I was a bit pleasantly surprised that Xenuria actually did a fairly good job on csm. I came to kind of like them somewhat. Plus they played Vanu in Planetside, so almost clonekin.
Don’t know if they even play EvE anymore. iirc Xenuria is/was a New York USA-American, I hope they fared well through the pandemic crap.

If they are not satisfied with product there is absolutely no point to share their unsatisfaction with product in an enviroment provided by company .
Eve Online is not a product you buy. It is a product you rent . You do not own anything really .
Company gives you right to use some services exchange of money or ingame isk opportunity.
Right adress can be Trust pilot . For both happy customers and unhappy customers.
It is very interesting to see people writing this kind of posts here on forums.

I totally agree yet maybe those who post the Goodbye threads aren’t aware of another place to post their displeasure, maybe the where isn’t so important to them as the how and they also think CCP may read it. Some people find it important to let a company know they will no longer be using their services.
Also, apparently a lot of players have and are quitting, hundreds or thousands or whatever, I don’t see all of those making a quitting thread so it’s a minority, nothing to be upset about.

I like this one, which BTW is the place most go for gaming popularity info, a place for gamers.

I was Vanu too
I loved back hacking in that game. Nothing beat going up cloaked to someone and emptying a mag into their back.
