0% complete on both of them.
Neither one of them is training anything currently; other alts are training right now. I’m just looking at EveMon skill browser to see how long it would take to train things.
As for boosters, “boosters” can mean several things. I haven’t picked up any of these new event-related boosters since returning. As for synths or medical boosters, I highly doubt I have any running. How do I double-check that?
