Skill Training Take long Time

There can be months between level 4 and level 5 and even when setting the best possible attributes along with implants and the highest +12 booster.

Months but why?

Skill injectors or cerebral boosters are your friends.

Also. Just found out that that skill that I am waiting to complete was positioned down the queue so I had since bumped it upwards.

I’m not going to make this an issue but I could had changed it before creating this thread.

I am going to make this an issue. I will report your incompetance to your higher-ups. Expect a sternly worded eve-mail coming to you soon.

What sort of pilot trains to level 5 for mission agents?

I have 45 days to be able to fly a combat recon ship at 42.0 That isn’t bad at all.

Plenty of other ships to fly in the meantime.

I think the idea here is self evident. They want you to buy skill boosters, injectors, and other items that cost real world money. In my first year, I purchased $10 in Plex as a token of thanks for this game. Since then, I haven’t really found anything of value here to keep me donating. However I am sure there are plenty of players who want the mad skills for their uber character. They either pay for those skill injectors via ISK or Plex, despite the fact they cost real world money. The 512 thousand points needed would be greatly reduced by one large skill injector.

Apparently this is a complex personal concern between time versus money. People who want it NOW are more willing to pay for it. I just happen to be one of those other people who are willing to wait it out. All of my characters have surpassed the 5 million mark and no longer receive the benefits of the training progression. I still get the daily handouts of 10 K which means 500 K is 50 days away, assuming I play each day. At this point in the game, skills is no longer an issue for me. It is something I can ignore.

Fly safe o7

Not necessarily. A large skill injector could make a small dent of only 150k to that

Not really. The idea here is that Felix frostpacker forgot that the “total training time” included the skills that were already queued. He basically had 2 months of skills already queued up, and hovered over that skill to see that it would take 2 months to train, because he would have to finish the queued skills first.

This has always existed in the form of the character bazaar.

I could, 10 years ago, go to the bazaar, pay $400, get plex, and trade a character that was already 10 years old and had 100 million skillpoints and could fly a titan.
