If you incur losses due to server issues you can file a support ticket by visiting support.eveonline.com and filing a ticket under the Game Play Support -> Reimbursement and then choose the appropriate subcategory. You can also access the support ticket system in-client by pressing F12 in the clicking on Go to Help Centre. Your reimbursement claim will be reviewed by our customer support team.
