Still a roll of the dice whether chat channels work or not. They will even show an initial list of members but then the member list doesn’t update and anything typed into them just goes to oblivion.
Yep. Used to be able to do it in-game, now have to do it out of game on the website.
You can still submit bug reports with the help window in-game, however. But just bug reports, not support tickets.

In game compensation is irrelevant in my view. Real money compensation for the real money I paid and got no product in return is the only compensation I seek. I hope this input is helpful.

New problems, figure I’d toss it in here whether it belongs or not. Can’t load any windows, my friend has no HUD when he undocks and I we can barely function ingame at the moment.

I read their reimbursement policy and I think they normally expect you to recover your wreck and only reimburse for what was destroyed. I forget where it was but I found it using google. I’ve been waiting about a week for reimbursement myself.
Are the attacks still going on? I was in thick of it but I’m not seeing for a couple days now.
I guess some routes are still affected. I’m in the US and everything including chat is working well. Good luck.

The only fair for all user way will be a Rollback to a point before this attack began. I lost nothing big and had no really big Problems with logging (Maybe a day or two), but when i see,that whole Alliances looses their Stuff and territory in such a short time,and can´t even fight, i really think about the next time,when it maybe hits us more. And a Rescue Plan for the next time (possible a way to set the Stuff and the Sov of such Empires in a Freeze until it´s over) could make it for next time at least more safe ingame, and for lots of us less frustrateing.
Now what did you fuktards screw up. lost 1 ship for your lag fuk stupidity. another is stuck out in space with no control display and a 3rd is stuck in a station cause you won’t let it out.
