Typical selfish comment - what about all of us whoāve been playing mainly OK (apart from chat) for the duration ? Do we have to lose all weāve done in the intervening period ?
Good afternoon! A terrible problem has occurred over the past 2 weeks, my 7 game windows can freeze (turn white) and even the task manager cannot finish them and third-party software cannot handle this, for example ā¦ I have to restart the computer and, when I go in, the settings for the game windows are reset and my rocrock hangs in space ā¦ I even wrote to Microsoft complaining about Windows 10 but they asked me to give information + entered the commands that they told me and it turned out the system had nothing to do with it, I also diagnosed my hardware - everything is fine, I cleaned the cache and spent disk defragmentation (I even transferred Eve to SSD) cleaned Eveās cache and updated all the drivers! Help me, itās just become impossible to play!
Here we are more than two weeks into the kerfuffle and a fair amount of players are still having major issues. At what point are you going to admit defeat and take a more drastic approach? Fortunately for me I did not have a lot of time to play over the last few weeks. However, last night I did have time and in the span of 1 hour I was disconnected 3 - 4 times.
Like i sayed.when the things moved other,and we were that ones, who had this mess, and the guys on the other side of the world could play without any bigger Problems , It would surely give the same discussion with the other side.Skillpoints of a month or two will not be hard to generate via CCP to get the lost time.I made some big extra ISK,too by the attack on different ways, and when it took a week or so,anyone could handle with some sp or stuff.But a whole Month no ISK income,would break my Neck.So i think we all should give our (possible) Enemy a Hand ,because next Time it could happen to us.

Note he didnāt say what the plan was about ā¦ they could be planning to go to the beach, or more likely (being Iceland) the glacier for the weekend.
Try to reinstall whole game.
While our primary focus is on ensuring that our services are operational we have been having conversations about the compensation for affected players. We are formulating a plan and will share more on that at a later time .
Comprehension Issues?
I have multiple accounts that are unable to āstack itemsā in corporate hangars, this is intermittent , as sometimes it works, other times it wonāt work even after a substantial wait.
chat system is still having problems; altho, somewhat improved. my latest problem is multiple ādropping chat channelā followed after some time delay with āreconnectedā. Granted the ability is better than completely unable to connect; however, still needs work

Similar problem. Stack works at the top level (in station or in ship) but nothing inside a container stacks, even personal, not just corporate. I logged a bug report yesterday.
Cannot stay connected. Get disconnected sometimes immediately after log in. The internet connection is working proper.
Still get disconnected, sometimes chat does not load. From Africa. And the mining anomalies seem to also have disappeared - big bug that needs to be fixed.
and donāt forget to restart computer
Connecting to the game is ok . But , after being in the game a few minutes the lag starts . I can not transfer isk from one character to another ( not a big deal , just an annoyance )
Im not using any of my more expensive ships until the connection problem is totally resolved .
As a matter of fact until it is resolved I`ll play an Alpha account.
I think this has to with the update from today: āstack allā does not work in all cases.
