I hit a huge latency spike about 90 minutes after server reset. I logged off so as to not lose my ship. I’m in Eastern-ish U.S.A in the Ohio region. I am connected through a VPN through the UK. The VPN solved my issues for the most part until now. Hope CCP have better luck fixing the issues today. 
Doesn’t even sound good in theory. Still can’t login as of now. Was able to login a few times over the weekend and only could “fly” once (actually got to undock without DC!). Lag and other issues were nearly unplayable when I did undock at extreme risk. I couldn’t even login to this chat and had to use a different route to do that. As far as I can tell, US East Coast is crippled at best.
Not interested in BS, just the ability to play. When can we get an update on that?

When they are done…another answer would be only a guess… 
i can connect, still the usual error on login page but no chat windows ingame (error connecting to chat server blabla), im in france.
it works “better” using a vpn, just local bugged/delayed but other chats window are ok.
Just in case…ever tried to close the error message and hit connect? works for me…
No chat / No local and bug connection. Russia Moscow.

Romania, Sibiu city. Since two days it has become playable again, in the sense that it takes between 5-10 login attempts to have chat functional . It lasts for about 2-3 hours until chat breaks again and I get spammed by chat error window. Lag higher than usual but manageable. Chat is not working properly entirely ,since I have seen sometimes frigate in dscan without anyone in local. Also it randomly disconnects and reconnects back again without the chat error window .

Yeah dude. Going from barely being able to log in and then DC within minutes of super laggy gameplay to not being able to log in at all for two days would qualify as a ■■■■■■■■■■■. Not suboptimal. Now ■■■■ off.
Not able to enter game through launcher for several hours…going to give everyone the skilling bonus’ that were are unable to complete?
East Coast USA here. Clicking through the errors on the login screen used to work for me and now no longer does. It appears to work for a few seconds and then the connection terminates with the error posted above.
If I run tracert tranquility.servers.eveonline.com the results are interesting.
On the 11th hop the connection hits something called siteprotect.security.neustar and then immediately dies as Request timed out.
When I google Neustar, they come up as an anti-DDOS company. Am I collateral damage?

yeh i get the connection and chat error every time i connect… put it down to my wifi before i found this…
yesterday even disconnected while running a fierce filament that was unnecessarily tense
To all the people demanding compensation, the fire has to be put out before the insurance company pays to rebuild a house, to all those complaining about chat issues and tha local is broken, lol, also have you considered the login issues, lag and other problems may all be connected, and to those that cannot log on im in the same boat.

Same!! Used to be able to get past the launcher and connect from the next screen, still couldn’t get chats and had severe lag, but was at least able to go kill a belt rat for the free sp, but nothing now!

I have no problem loggin in trough the “old loggin button”.
Lanuncher dont work for loggin in.
Have chat issues but when i use Nord vpn trough sweden i get the chat working.
