I have not been able to join a fleet since, for me is the same as not bein able to connect. Also, just for your information, I never said chat had to be solved first, that was your assumption, and of course a wrong one.
Pretty screwed up that on killboard, everyone has to watch as those who are not blocked or effected can kill and destroy freely the possesions of those lagging or not online. As Eve factions/corps are largely grouped by language/common country, you can clearly see the unfair advantage of a massive alliance having it enemies at a small fraction of the strength as not all will use VPN.

I just got off the phone with a Neustar rep. The rep said that Neustar does not block out entire regions.
Then explain Multiple people being dropped by Nuestar in a tracert?
Still problem to connect (Two time each time) via the Steam Client,

CCP is using CLOUDFLARE with AMAZON CLOUD
I have opened up the windows 10 firewall advanced settings and added TCP ports 3724 and 26000 to separate rules for inbound and outbound allow list. The log in might work after 5 mins from adding these rules. There still seems to be massive lag caused by Nuestar. Being in North Carolina close to Virginia they have applied rules to prevent the DDos that are causing massive US consumer collateral damage. I will be making a omega time ticket to ask for the 1 week time back added to my account time. And for this week ill make a 2nd ticket for the further days after today to be added.
I am not talking about chat. I am talking about where the connection dies in a Tracert for people in the east coast. Its Neustar.
Pattern is this
First log in fails, message displays. Clicking on connect on same screen results in successful log in.
No chat channels - some or all.
I could not form Sunday Sinners fleet last night. Another one of the regulars got me into a fleet he formed but no fleet chat. Frustrating as there is a regular cadre who enjoys the style and ambiance of this very laid back fleet.
American pilots suffered repeat disconnects. Apparently East Coast of America worst affected.
I hope you sort this soon, Iāll have to hug my comfort fedo for emotional support if this situation persists.
