not sure if youre using a new DDOS protection provider or not, but whatever you did is a little aggressive. i cant launch more than one client, im based in US SE and have only experienced minor connection issues and chat problems, so this throttling down to 1 characher is very new and unexpected

Can anyone say VPN? If youāre in the US, then VPN to another country. Thatās what I do and I get in just fine.

Yup. If something sounds too good to be trueā¦itās usually because it is too good to be true. You are loosing training time? I take it then you cannot log into the game?
So does anyone think this is ever actually going to be fixed?

be patients CCP is doing there best to rectify the situation. we are all a little up set and on edge

so how long should we be patient? And Iām not really sure they are doing anything other than merging threads. I havenāt seen any improvements and CCP hasnāt said anything they have done other than we are working on it.
I have played the roller coaster of not being able to play now for this whole outage. I canāt even log in now. Be thankful to not have chat. Southeast USA players will understand we canāt play at all.

When your fighting a war you dont constantly update the public because your enemy might be watching. I have to say this was very well written.

Be Patient? 3 days Ok I can get that, 4 days ok possible 5 days patients is gone, 10 days wtf? There is no way a Multi Million Dollar company should let 10 days of interrupted and unstable service go by. Even if it is not 100% on their end, this should have been worked out and fixed in a more timely manor. āWorking with their providersā Well maybe they should change providers as you can bet CCP will be getting compensated for their services being interrupted and causing this headache.
Location East Coast US
For the first time in 7 or 8 days I was able to login on all my chars on first try (no errors). Only spent a few mins on each doing market and skill spree stuff, didnāt notice any lag. Chat only worked on the first two chars (but thatās a feature if you ask me).

Alas, in K space it is not a feature. Itās a requirement to know if war targets are about. Given the nature of High space specifically the general rule of thumb is NFDS, Not Flashy Donāt Shoot. My corp has already had one member killed and podded because chat was not working and they were out trying to run their daily killing spree.
