Norway here. Logging in seems to work better now. Dont have to retry anymore but now i dont get connected to chat right away anymore. Have to retry at least one time, sometimes more.
99.9% of all VPNs are banned in Turkey. Thatās why he and I take it with a grain of salt.

For the first time in a week I am actually able to log in without a disconnect notice. Keep it up, CCP!
I am glad to see CCP seems to be getting a handle on this. Now may be a good time to work on your plan to recover the good will of those of us affected by this mess. It would be nice to know what you intend to do within the next week.
And to reply in advance to the inevitable troll who will commentā¦ the company is capable of doing more than one thing at a time. No one in their right mind thinks every employee at CCP is working on DDoS mitigation and repairing the network.

This account along with my 3 others are having different state of login and chat issues.
I often get a message saying connot connect to live.chat.eveonline:5222 error when I do manage to connect.
Other times, I get a message saying āCould not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not estblished an internet connection, the sever isnāt running or the server address or port number was wrongā
This last message, I can get it a couple time in a row then it connect on one account while another one started from the same machine will never connect at all.
Other issues when I do manage to connect i get on all 4 accounts randomly are empty or inaccurate chats/local.
This happens on 2 different machines at home and on a third machine at another location on a completely different network.
If you need the names of some toons on my other accounts I can provide if needed.
BTW Iām in Canada sourh shore of Montreal.

Still under threat? You are either doing something right to get so much abuse or your doing something terribly wrong. Maybe its so wrong its rightā¦ Or maybe its the end of your game as we know it. 10+ years is a good run i think.
It like when i first started to play World at War (CoD-Call of Duty) on playstation and then when modern warfare came out and everyone switched but then 5 years later i went back to world at war and people were still playing it and somehow i was better the second time around. What does this have to do with eveā¦ i forgot actually mid typing all this out. No im not stoned either.
Good Luck with the game CCP ill keep playing for a little while longer and who knows if you guys donāt go under i might keep playing. Just donāt expect me to fork over any money to play it like how i play world of tanks without subscribing. Grind is slow but at least its free. TY <3
Multiple accounts:
Last 2 nights, I have been able to log in and play for hours with normal connections. Lag on Monday, lag not so bad on Tuesday. Chat works 1/2 the time. When it doesnāt I click retry and it almost always loads properly since Monday night. (Midwest on Spectrum)
Still playing on VPN to Chicago on 2 boxes. Less lag but some chat errors which are fixed by clicking try again.
Was unable to log in for hours at a time for 6 days previous to Monday. Almost automatic DC throughout those 6 days.
Last 36 hours have been vast improvement (on vpn and no vpn)
Heavy Ratting or Emerging Conduits made for dicey/jumpy game play but 3 ships x10 missions no disconnects!

Alliance member had the live chat issue. The go-to band-aid repair became typing x in a chat and hitting enter. It was literally thrown out there over comms as a random suggestion, and it helped.
Did you try ProtonVPN? I am in the middle of the east coast of the US and It has worked, for me, solid from last Saturdayā¦ Setup an account, once the trial time expires you can keep the account and 1 connection for free.
Yes, typing in chat has fixed it for me every time.
ProtonVPN, installed last Saturday and it got me (and my IRL son) logged back in and stable ever since.
the fix is to BUY a VPN to play a game lol
15 Ships and counting lost due to being kicked from game, lag issues etc etc.
I sincerely hope that the ships and the loot it contained will be replaced.
Ps. I am from South Africa and will not renew accounts till this is sorted out.
Does anyone know if CCP will refund the remainder of my 12 months sub I bought and if not what channels in steam should I follow as I do not see how I must pay and cannot play.
Stay docked dont even try to fly safe. servers wont let you
