Are triglavian invasions and takeovers mainly happen in well mined systems(ore and ice)?

Hardly. You can mine ridiculous amounts of ore with ridiculous amounts of minerals in MV systems.
Not ice though. Angymonne, Arvasaras, Kino and Raravoss together have 8 ice belts, wich are useless now.
Now also 1 in Otela.
We can see a pattern there.
