Yes, it’s me.
Some thoughts.
Firstly, a general thought. There’s a vast number of terms within the message whose meanings are not intuitively clear, but which are used without clarification. The Triglavians saw fit to try and contact us, which is something that so far no other extra-cluster entity has attempted to do, so they must see value in talking to us. That they’re using extremely dense and culturally specific terminology while communicating with the outside world suggests a possibility that they didn’t consider we might not have a context for understanding it.
Secondly, some specific thoughts. I’m not going to bother speculating too much on the meanings of various pieces of terminology, just ways in which they’re used and what that might suggest.
“Narodnya” appears to be a fairly broad term that requires clarification to the degree of two additional adjectives in the case of “Human Augmented Narodnya.” This would suggest that you can have Narodnya that aren’t human or augmented.
The way “Flow” is used suggests to me it may have multiple meanings to the Triglavians. “Flow of Vyraj” would initially appear to mean “Abyssal Deadspace,” but given that they also name “the Ancient Domains” (which may be the New Eden cluster?) and “the Domain of Buyan” which both seem to refer to spatial locations, the meaning of “prove the direction of their Flow” and “nothing can halt the Flow of Vyraj” suddenly becomes much less clear.
I must admit it’s refreshing to finally have an extra-cluster intelligence that’s willing to talk to us. I just wish they’d clarify a little.

It’s awe inspiring that the speakers in the Triglav videos take turns, as though the topic content was relevant to their clade more than the other two clades.

The most striking thing about the Triglavians is that they’re… entirely new.
So take the Sleepers. Before the Anoikis opened, we knew they had existed at some point in the past, just as it was with the Talocan. We’ve found remains of the Yan Jung, the Takhmal, previous Jovian civilizations. We know that the Drifters have some connection to the Sleepers and that the Sleepers have some connection to the Jovians.
Until a few months ago, none of us had ever heard or thought the name “Triglav” before. There wasn’t even a hint of their existence within the historical or archaeological record. They quite literally came out of nowhere.
