I hadn’t been paying enough attention, I suppose. Oursulaert (got it right on the first try, good job!) was once a big trade hub way back at the beginning, when Yulai was the biggest trade hub, back around 2004, 2005? I didn’t realize that business was picking back up. That region of Verge Vendor, Genesis and Essence has always seemed kind of low-key in the past decade.

Concord haven’t even fixed their station after it was blown up by the Minmatar fleet (or at least hadn’t, when I looked a few weeks ago). What makes you think they’ll be able to cope with a market hub there?
Why? They are so easy to avoid in jump gates…
