Trojan detected in SharedCache & unable to connect

When trying to connect to Eve Online today, my antivirus detected a Trojan under SharedCache in file _ssl.pyd.

I am also unable to connect to the game (“Connection failed”). This is most probably a related issue (I can’t remove the suspected Trojan permanently because the game downloads it into SharedCache everytime it starts, and hence the antivirus always blocks the internet access of the game).

I’d be curious to hear whether this is just my antivirus acting up with a false positive, or a more common issue.
