It is worth bringing a ship to try and get some loot?
How many loot containers would actually drop, and do they all drop right next to each other?
One of the most popular scams… plop down a citadel, call it a Freeport. Wait for people to move in and leave stuff inside. Take out the fuel and abandon it. Blow it up = Loot pinata.
This is only possible if you let it go abandoned. If you do not abandon it, all items go to asset safety. This method i also used to do plex scam contract exploits. (The plex drops in the cargo containers and will not go to your plex vault}

Basically none from this citadel other than the fittings and core from the station itself. The items of the people inside will go to asset safety and not drop. You could always bring a freighter and try to scoop the core I suppose; but remember you will be a suspect in a freighter in maximum TiDi with 4000 people on grid.
Negative nancy reality check coming at ya… most of us already now that scipt users are gonna yoink that core specifically faster than humanly possible and leave behind anything but that (and some of us already know his name and reported the activity previously). Hell it might even be possible to pass it to another ship of yours before the first suspect one gets dropped due to pre-locked points. Then you got no suspect and warp the freighter off. idk if thats possible tbh. its worth 30b i think so its worth losing the first freighter. 95k m3. you might even be able to use a JF if you can jump out before you get scrammed.
We were discussing this a little bit in the RP discord, freighter lacks fleet hangar so it can’t do the typical DST + corvette trick where the corvette alt drags and drops the core into the DST (sus corvette, neut DST). KS core doesn’t fit in DST.

Dunno. But I know of “send Fleet pics”, a corp that was set up, where you can join anonymously, no questions asked, if you want to bash the structure. 20 minutes from now its war against TTC becomes active.
I am just going to man the structure to get some free kill before I undock and suicide on it to get on the killmail.

Well this is crap, my ganking alt shot TTC 3 times, I have it in my logs but he didn’t get on the mail.
CCP fix pls.
You have to shoot it within the 15 minutes before it died I believe. A lot of people hit it way too early .

Well damn, played this game for more than 12 years and never knew that.
I did somehow get a consolation prize, a standup termite kill on my alt’s board that I never shot at or even targeted.

There are guys that folllow around the merc corps in highsec and do this every week. Nothing happens in the end. This is my subtle way of letting more people know so that something will be done when it becomes a public problem.
Watching the tower burn tonight was very refreshing. Thank you to the men who burned it down.
I am sorry Vily for shooting at the Keepstar even though I was there to defend, I had even stocked fitted ships ready to replace. I really wish that Horde and Aiko showed to stop it!
