and i always thought they do it for the loot from those cats and taloses
Try ganking first before making assumptions
Ganking is a just a playstyle. Same as Anti-Ganking. It provides us with content ingame as well as out-of-game like in this thread
Especially with many people engaging in anti-ganking, ganking is even more fun. its a cat and mouse game. And the best part of it - you are never locked in being the cat or the mouse. you can switch easily. It is your choice. And I certainly hope it stays like that as this is what makes eve eve⌠having choices (unfortunately ccp is busy destroying these choices)
The only downside is that AG is difficult to fund as for the highsec game mechanics.
Content that costs subscribers.
Thatâs not really your problem to worry about.
It is because I enjoy the game.
If you were, you wouldnât be coming in here to complain about it and beg for it to get changed all the time, so thatâs a lie.
Iâm not the one crying about nerfing things that upset me and the ideas I proposed would help the game much more than nerfing random ships.
I.E. your proposal to basically have CONCORD insta-gib anyone whoâs below -2.0 anywhere, and at all times? Yeah, that would help the game so much, lmao.
It would because the majority of people that live where concord is, donât gank. Itâs only a minority of players ruining eve. itâs very much like a drug addicted sibling. Canât get enough of the high so they go out of their way to steal form their parents and siblings. When people want to kick them out the weaker siblings argue in favor of the degenerate to stay because of whatever reason they can come up with and thus the parents allow that bad apple to stay. Over time the siblings that know better eventually leave the house never to return while the ones who vouched for them yesterday will be begging to act against them in the future. Most people where concord is present wonât have a negative sec rating and in real life if you commit a crime, the cops always catch you. They donât stop just because you got away one time.
No oneâs âruiningâ anything. Youâre simply playing a game that was created to cater to a specific market segment of which youâre not a part. All youâre doing is coming into someone elseâs house and telling them how they should be arranging their furniture.
Youâre either ignorant or you post with your memory forgotten.
And boom goes the dynamite. Another whiny carebear discredited and embarrassed in front of the public so much, they decide to lash out.
Says the people so low skilled at the game that they pvp in high sec instead of places where it matters like low, null, or wh space.
B _ N G _
looks like not playing but reading forums is more fun
I do both. In fact, if Iâm posting Iâm in game. But obviously this is an alt for security reasons since children take things personally.
Have you tried ganking in hi-sec? Thereâs so many more mechanics you need to be aware of to make it happen, itâs definitely not âlow skillâ. Elite PVP more like it.
If youâre complaining about it, itâs clear that PVP in highsec matters A LOT.
Only time I ever pvp in high sec is to kill your kind. One of my best kills was a thrasher entering my mission and looting everything to bait me. I left and came back in a battle cruiser. Poped his trasher which was pretty expensive for a thrasher and their pod. The pod had billions in implants. For once, the ganker was the one giving salt. He genuinely thought I wouldnât risk the sec status loss to pod him. He never came back into my missions again. Thatâs the kind of players that are in high sec ganking. Carebears who think theyâre something theyâre not. But I guess when you feel like a high school shooter in a video game shooting targets that canât fight back, thatâs better than doing it in real life.
Nice story. Too bad it never actually happened.
so he was suspect ? just a random loot thief then.
so he wasnt a ganker , flying a blingy ship and pod is not the ganker way , we kill those types .
we need some screenshots of the salt , please share we love that stuff here indeed it is required after a claim of salt.
huh he was suspect ? no sec loss there or did you gank him with your BC ?
he wasnt ganking was he ,he was at best a loot thief at worst a fail mission baiter but clearly not a ganker.
whoa how did you get that from a loot thief lol
