Unable to Claim Event Missions

I dont know what I am doing wrong, or if it is just a bug, and I have submitted a support ticket… But, I am killing the Guri Battleship that I need to kill, and yet, I am not able to redeem the mission, it doesnt update.

I get the final hit, me and my buddy fight them, and even when we are in a fleet and I finish for his SoCT, it updates for him, but when it is vice-versa it doesnt update the event for me.

Any ideas? I fly Low-Sec, and submitted support ticket request.

Try clearing all cache files in Esc menu, that sometimes helps remove little annoying bugs…
