Thanks! Just started using themā¦ just chose the US Florida exit server and was back in EVE in a few minutes. Figure the VPN will be useful to watch some contents from my location as well.
Me also got kicked from game suddenly. at 23:00 EVE time (2018-12-13). Never happened for 13years. And cannot login into client, website account, getting time-outs. Problem still persists after 10hours. Its probably routing problem (going through 20 nodes, at #14 got stucked).
Now when using different provider and different location, connection passes through.
If CCP cannot do anything, must wait few months with hope of rerouting nodes or using kinds of VPNs i think. 
My in-progress courier packages will all expireā¦
donāt be fooled by ccp, this is getting retarded , they did something to there stuff and now trying to blame others for there Mistake ccp I really hope this dt fixes ur mess ups if not I really hope ur trying to fix this. did u try to call ur isp did u forget to pay a bill or something? we pay for our toons or plex or both we do our part now do ur part in fixing this crap u should of did a reboot once this prob started flooding in on the forums u guys are really droping the ball latey
yeah same issue here from venezuela problem is present since 24 hrs ago now
and the vpm is good for the ones that can pay it but VPN doesnt accept isk as payment

Itās working now, I donāt have to use vpn, but only after the downtime, this is CCP doing and not Third party, comon. well, thanks I guess.
After Daily downtime / restart of Tranqility and other servers, no more issues. everything works perfectly again at this moment.
(I Didnāt do ANY changes to PC or networking during this issue)
this is happening again just after the down time this is not fun CCPā¦

Also, when I hit ālog inā, a white box pops up. Its completely white, and I canāt see a username or password field. So I canāt even attempt to log in.
VPN, use VPN. It is allowing you to omit the blockade somewhere. Maybe we should ask CCP about changing their own ISP.
Hi, I have the same issue, after DT on the 21st of December I couldnāt re-connectā¦ VPN works, but so slowly that I canāt really do anything. I contacted support and after 5 days was told its a third party issueā¦

So who are they??? Nova.is an ISP company in Iceland, probably the ISP company that CCP uses. So I emailed them 10mins ago and asked what the problem was. I am assuming they will reply in a few days with āthis is not their problemā
So after 5 days of trying dozen of solutions with no success, the only thing I can think of is itās a minor issue on tranquility effecting a very very small number of players preventing a connection on port 26000. I have no idea how this is possible when a VPN works, unless they list our IP address and remember them for later to deny us access??
Because My ISP, CCP or anyone else in-between says āThereās no problem with our network, it must be someone else causing the issueā, like maybe Russian hackers have secretly hacked my pc with a hidden malware file that prevents connections on port 26000 (based on my public IP address so thatās why a VPN works) and this is some kind of evil plan to prevent me connecting to defend my station and lose everything when they blow it up???
If thatās the case then thereās nothing CCP can doā¦ 
UPDATE: Nova.is replied and said they will look into itā¦

I have seen this for literally days, was this recent, or no?
Itās still happening, 2 weeks of being unable to login. Iāve had several back and forth emails with eve support, and no resolutionā¦
I assume either I need a new router, a new ISP, a new home to move to or a new country to live inā¦

Check your internet server security settings. They may be too high. Reset them to a lower setting if you can then restart your client.
Weird thing is I have tried all possible solutions suggested in over a dozen forums, even including forums not related to EVE.
However after 3 weeks with this connection issue, it just solved itself on its ownā¦ now everything works normally.
I have a theory thatās it is an ISP issue, but I guess Iāll never know what the problem actually was.
