That notification pops up every time… how to turn off?
Same.
It seems the game wants you to allocate that SP, but I like having space unallocated SP until I need it for something. So I get spammed on most of my characters.
In the notification settings, under skill points, uncheck the boxes for unused skill points.

You cannot turn off the popups on the skill queue in the neocom, though.
