I have turned off the spam about unused skill points, or had.
Now the pop up window with “You have unused skill points” appear everytime I log in, and during play as well.
Clearly whoever broke this, needs to go back and fix the code to read the users settings.

Can confirm, this pop-up is not respecting the pop-up settings and keeps popping up.
And by doing so it blocks the industry tab whenever I log in on a new alt, which is incredibly annoying when I log in to alts to do PI, which is in the industry tab.
Most of my alts have unallocated skill points because having unallocated skill points is incredibly useful whenever you want to instantly inject a new skill on a character that cannot have an active training queue without pausing your main, like recently when the Squall haulers were a good upgrade to Epithals for all my PI characters.
CCPlease fix this issue: unused skill point pop-ups do not respect the pop-up settings.
Still happening today.
And still as annoying as ever.
