You make a demand, don’t properly explain the demand, and when you don’t get an immediately cordial nod to the demand you don’t want to deal with it. That says a lot in itself, but let’s reign this in a bit.
What, exactly, do you mean by this. Harboring in a holding corp an enemy of the state… is this about Ms LaFleur? If it is, then, you may be surprised to find that she largely has disavowed her previous activities in support of GalFed. If you’re going to make a demand, explain who its actually in regard to, in the future.
I don’t post any demands or prescriptions what you shall do, Ms. Brezia, it’s a notification. How you treat it, solve it or ignore it is all up to you, I am here not to solve your problems, I am here to solve problems of the State. And I do it in a way Caldari soldier should: All enemies of the State shall die.

I might consider hearing her position, but again, I am a soldier, not a judge. If she wants to plead innocence, I could probably gather a tribunal. Before that happens, I’ll just stick to believing my own eyes and ears and rely on hostility in her words and her participation in aggressive actions against the State. And, really, I doubt you could find that amount of money that can compensate loss of life. You cannot buy back parents that won’t return home to their children from the war.
As it stands, there has been no claims of loss of life. Just destruction of corporate property of a moon surface installation, with a statement given about all valuables having been retrieved before hand.

This is the case for a lot of corporations. Hells even State owned station in highsec do this for Federation militia. I’m sure there is some clause stating why this is, but it’s another reason why all this militia occupied systems is bullcrap.
I’m not quite sure what I would be pleading innocence to. Some offence you’ve felt as “Caldari Officer”? An empty title really that even the State barely recognises. It’s why they keep you at arms length from their actually navy.

Like you, they are not special. The State see you as just a number, a unit of stock to make a profit off. You are dense to think otherwise. But seriously, you are going to resume your operations and what? Challenge me to a duel with swords? If you are seriously thinking about attacking UNF then maybe you’d want to consider all those innocent people you are putting at risk with that idea. Quite a few Caldari citizens who have found jobs and fostered homes are on UNF stations.
I challenge only those who at least look like someone who knows even a tiny bit of concept of Honor. I would not challenge to a duel, for example, a cockroach that could crawl into my home, I’d simply step on that.
Innocent people don’t point their drills at innocent workers, and for sure they don’t harbor toxic people and ones who served such a criminal entity as the Federation. Providing shelter to those, who supported beating, raping and starving to death locked in explosive cells POWs, is a crime by itself.
They shall leave the theatre of operations at once. If they need a force evac and rescue, that can be organized.
So, in short, you are threatening the livelyhood of well compensated citizens of your state while proclaiming that you will rescue them. This sounds largely like the callous disregard and irrationality that Lai Dai have accused me of.
As for Lai Dai’s research complex that was destroyed, I’ve already made my statement on that and now it seems you are attempting to twist things around. Additionally, the research complex’s destruction was the only thing I offered to compensate to LDPS, so you trying to use that statement in somehow support of your argument earlier isn’t very conducive.

Misrepresentation of my words or intentions won’t prove anything, it will only show your lack of comprehension of what’s going on.
Don’t blame others in what you’re doing. My intentions and reasons are pretty much straightforward. Harobiring of enemies of the State will not be tolerated. Aggression against LDPS will not be tolerated. Do with it what you want, I am not a teacher to chew for you what does it mean so you can swallow.
If you want peace, do peace. If you want war, do war.

My principle concern here is public disclosure about the nature of the Precursor Artifacts, and the relationship between DERAIL and LPDS.
We cannot allow potentially the greatest threat to the cluster go unchecked because of personal ego.
While the latest news reports that the site was destroyed, it seems as if the artifacts have been recovered and current whereabouts and owners are unknown.
This is unacceptable, reckless, and only aggravating already high tensions within this region. The broader population of New Eden deserve to know what is going on with CONCORD in Eugales.

The LDPS research site was destroyed, any artifacts they may or may not have recovered(I am not aware of what they have or have not) seem to have largely been evacuated along with all personnel and valuable material ahead of the firing, and UNF’s own research site in that particular section of the surface and the archaeological ruin were destroyed due to an unexpected technical fault in the moon drill’s tractor system. But relics remain to be salvage from the collapsed site before the moon chunk fragments in nine days.
Additionally, as I stated in another post further up, the original relic enclosure for the ruins extracted in YC119 has since been integrated into the Orbital Yard Complex over Eugales VI
