With ongoing developments in the local system, many of the previous restrictions are being relaxed. Flight path adherence for inbound and outbound flights remain.
Additionally, continuing expansion of the primary platform proceeds within expected parameters, and addition of further secondary and tertiary platforms is expected in the coming weeks.

There is currently an open buy order in Eugales for 400.000 units of construction blocks, set at 7400 isk per unit. This order is currently available with a collection range of 1 jump from Eugales, including the majority of the Pegeler constellation. This construction block order is offered to those wishing to assist in accelerating continued Orbital Ring construction progress.
An update on the Orbital Ring project, and other goings on in Eugales.
As it currently stands, the expanse of the primary platform continues at a steady rate, with completed and open segments(and secondary platforms attached) reaching as far as 780 kilometers, with further construction scaffolds extending as far as 1107 kilometers. Anchored support spools and rails extend a great deal further, but at this time are not included in any official structural measurements, as they remain unscaffolded and only retain basic shielded orbital anchors.
The 400.000 Construction Block buy order in Eugales remains active at this time, and would go a long way into extended term contribution to the Ring projectās progress.
In regard to recent rumblings about āappropriationsā by the Federation Navy, the Eugales Development Authority, House Brezia, the Brezia Companion Services, and the United Neopian Federation would like to give its support to the Assemblies and Governors contesting these actions with the Gallente Federationās Senate. We have, ourselves been seeing some worrisome spats of what can only be described as Strongarm intimidation from the Navy itself, and the EDA would like to affirm its condemnation of such actions. It bears noting that the the Arcology, and Orbital Ring project, and many other infrastructures in progress in Eugales(and nearby systems) have been the product of external developments in the area, while the systems have otherwise been left to the whims military concerns and profiteersā¦
And finally, with the passing of the previous Interbus CEO, and its reincorporation under Evermore, the Eugales Development Authority would like to formally extend an invitation to Evermore as a whole to the Orbital Yard and Ring project, and Arcology, with the continued rapid construction of the Ring, opportunities aplenty abound.
