Update to Loot Calculations


I think the looting gameplay needs to be looked at.

I would like to see the % of the available loot be directly tied to the % of damage received.
If the damage is 50% beyond of what the ship is required for destruction, then the loot should be 50%. If the damage is beyond 100%, then the loot should be 0%.
I think this would promote careful damage application.

The only careful damage application is full damage application. Anything less is giving your target a chance. People don’t like Chance. He never shared his PB&J crackers at recess.

I don’t think this is going to change how people shoot things. They want the kill, loot is a hardly considered save for perhaps ganking (which already loses isk if they overkill)

You have a better chance with making an offering to Bob.
