Does anybody know how to install a clone bay on your upwell structure?

Put the module on your structure and turn it on.
If you mean the “Clone Vat Bay” that is for Titans / Capital Indy Ships.
If you mean the “Standup Cloning Center I” which is for Refineries, Enginerring Stations & Citadels then yeah: just have one in your station’s item hanger, then take control of the station, press alt+f to open the Fitting window and drag the mod from the item hanger into a free “Structure Services” slot. You will need an amount of fuel in the fuel bay in order to ‘online’ it (turn it on) and then obv more fuel there to make sure it stays on…
