I read up further, I take that back, and decloaking someone is clearly an act of aggression whether it’s someone who’s away from their keyboard or some hapless explorer it’s an attack.
Also just because CCP owns the game… oh wait… That complicates things… They don’t.
Anyway just because they decide to screw with stuff or outright break things, it having been at one time theirs, doesn’t automatically make them right.

I find it really annoying that the camera is now brightening up dark sceneries. The brightness button also stopped working properly 
Out of curiosity… So what if it was an act of aggression? The part of space where this matters you can be freely engaged and engage people.
The module can be dropped and its dropper can dock up, you get decloaked, whoop dee doo… you have aggression against somebody you could have shot anyway.
You are cloaked in somebody system… that in itself is an act of aggression because they don’t know what you are doing or planning. You might just be there to trololllol all cloaked, or you are “setting up the gank” or just barging into peoples space checking their anom.

I have no problem with this opinion. The most expensive ship lost by a moron like me from PVP in this so called smart game is a forgoten MTU.

This game’s devs has exhibited such a huge amount of incompetent amateur patch releases, how does the game still manage to have more then 20k logged in players?

all i have been seeing on this is that people are crying about not being able to vote for csm or they are crying about how how the cloak camping is nerfed.
To me i think the cloak camping nerf was correct especialy with null and such. i dont think that you can use the uncloaking device in hs its only a low null and WH thing. so why is everyone crying and complaining about it all. it sounds like the people crying about it is the people that like to afk cloak.

Like isotope cost was really a limiting factor. 30 stealth bomers is almost enough to kill anything that isnt a cap, and even then some caps are just bad. Try limiting it to 5, like needlejacks.

Its not like a drop panther actually needs to shoot longer than point range.
Increased the bonus to ECM Target Jammer strength from 30% to 40%.
ECM is dead. Almost any other ECM is better, unless ecm can get moved to fired out of a low slot.

to -15% capacitor need to initiate warp per level.
Like having cap to hit warp is a systemic issue. Scanning ship changes are like the first round of interceptor nerfs, half the ships are distinctly worse than the other.
Bet the prices will tank just like then too. Market alwys tells when a CCP change is farts coming out of a bottle.
