Nope. Definitely wormholers. Wanted rid of filaments because they were fed up of people entering their hole and filamenting out to avoid a meaningful engagement.

They’ve been on the forum. They were on podcasts. They were on twitch streams.

It was quite the campaign.

An issue i have noticed -
Tested- 2 orcas in same corp and same fleet…
condition- fleet hanger of target orca fleet button turned off / corp button turned on
Problem- 1 orca cannot find fleet hanger in drop down list list when attempting to connect to target orca fleet hanger., have to turn on fleet button, then it appears on drop down, now 2 ships are linked, then then turn the fleet button off again and it continues to work;.

is this a bug.? i was under the impression that all corp members could access the fleet hanger of equipped ship so long as the corp button was lit green ( and fleet button grey) making it so that only corp members could access the fleet hanger, but not non-corp fleet members

It would be helpful if there was a way to look at the skilling window list of active skills in queue in a more compact form as an alternate option - some of us have quite a list going and occasionally like to tweak tha list… but scrolling up and down can be a thing.

I think I understand now. WH = needing a scanner. Before all this filament stuff that’s how you did it. I’d say that mobile depots, bookmarks, and scan equipment are things one should have and use in WH space. And those who invade “your” WH have the same restrictions.

In Pochenhell the filaments are also an easy alternative to the WH entrances/exits. Let’s see if that ever gets nerfed. I bet not.

W%ell testing the DBM at 76% and pay out is still 76% no change so eather it wasnt patched or its bugged

The roamers degraded into chickens that dont even fight. Hell most of the tackle today dont even have guns they dont expect to fight they just run away.

Does this mean at <100% BRM the bounty will always be 100% but the amount that goes into the ESS is scaled?

Have you checked the amount that goes into the Reserve Bank? From the Patch Notes, it states that the difference between 100% and the DBS level should go straight into the reserve bank, not into your pocket or main bank.

My point is more along the lines of………. As someone who doesn’t live in a wormhole I don’t know what its like. Therefore what i do know is based on what people tell me. And i have been told by forum posters, people in game, people on podcasts and people on twitch streams that stopping people being able to filament out of wormholes would be good for wh content.

So when i read the patch notes i thought to myself “ oh look CCP have listened and done something people are going to like”.

So now I’m just amused that todays narrative is different. Yet again CCP are damned if they do and damned if they don’t.

its 76% total from 500 000 isk its 229 116 direct and 150 000 in ESS - few % to reserve

Seems like the difference between before and now goes straight into the reserve bank, and the reserve bank payout has been increased also. Probably to entice people to actually go steal that bank and not just the quick main bank.

thats nice but there is not enought keys to go around so banks will just overflow anyway… They are full all the time even now.

Any plans to increase the rate of increase of the DBS ? Right now both the natural increase and the increase cap per day are pretty low, requiring weeks to fix a low DBS system when you stop ratting in it.

Seems like some bugs are still out there, and I agree the keys are way too rare. Reserve banks shouldn’t have billions in them like they have now.

Status of compression modules for Orcas?
Im not sure if I had found it, but is there any word on the ice/ore compression modules? I know tha the streamers were testing it on test server, but not sure if it went live… i dont see blueprints, skilling or mods just yet. or is that dead in the water?

fun fact if you take 50 man fleet to rob ESS BANK and take 10 B each person get about 200m. Thats less isk/hour then ratting incursions pochven wormholes and more… for much more danger.

And you never get the 10b anyway its 2b max if im remember and 1B cost of key so basicli pointless

The sites from which you get the keys are just too rare and too much of a pain to do in lowsec, I agree completely. You’re better off selling the keys in Jita so that people in deep null get their own ESS banks out with them than trying to use them yourself.
