Combat Probes are bugged

Since Tuesday, combat probes have become unreliable. Every now and then, when you try to warp to a ship, or when you try to save a ship’s location, it will use an old location for that ship. It’s like it stops updating the ship’s location. I already made a bug report for this, but this seems like a huge game breaking issue and I’m wondering if anyone else noticed it.
