For the same reason why some skills are randomly missing occasionally, or trade goods are temporarily removed: CCP canāt code or work in their databases properly.
Also, can we please automatically lock feedback topics of old expansions. This necrophilia and accidental posting in old expansion topics is confusing. @ISD_Drew
