Doing the new epic arc in the new starting zone. Amarr part, mission Golgothan Fields, after the first repair part, jumping the acc. gate, the attacker ships are 500 km away and shooting the big guy 
The mission have a timer for fast finish… The timer ran out before I can get anywhere near the attackers while on afterburner.

To get back on the subject…i still myself have not made a new character to go through this new zone. Ive been busy in other games, but i do have plans to get through it at one point of another in the short future.
Im still seeing a few complaints about the starter missions being wonky…that will be thrilling to experience i guess. Anything else i might want to expect to happen before leaving that area?
I havent seen any posts about huge mining fleets in there either. Has anybody seen this happen yet? Anybody having good luck with recruiting from there?
Im going to plant another flower…i hope it doesnt get flagged.

Yeah, I’m actually going to wait about a month or so before I create a new character and run the NPE in Exordium Region, hopefully they’ll have worked out all the bugs by then…

You can’t warp to people who are not in your fleet.
I would consider accepting that challenge. Id already planned on making at least one character with the same last name so that Barney FIfe of Exordium could watch me mine and intermingle with the locals.

The convo was about npcs…not real players. Youre correct.
Either way, you still cant warp to an npc ship. You can only do it to any celestial object, bookmark or, as mentioned…a fleet member.
Uh, do NPCs shoot other NPCs? I really don’t know. i thought it was some players shooting a prize NPC or something.
But in any case – can you warp to NPCs even?
I was sure you could warp to an NPC if it was beyond a certain range, ie: 150km+
