Why is this tooltip pop up even a thing? The vast majority of people don’t go to local to see the achievements or titles other people have given themselves.

It’s pretty obnoxious. If the title meant something that would be one thing, but it’s utterly meaningless.

I feel like titles and achievements should be a tab on the character info window, and should be something a player can choose whether or not to make visible. IIRC, the now-ancient certificate system worked that way. I always found it strange they didn’t do something similar with the Mastery system (in terms of visibility). Seems like all of this could go on one or two dedicated tabs. If they need to make room, get rid of the Description tab, which serves no purpose whatsoever.

Title achievements can be invisible. I have 3 titles and none of them show in my character info window. You need to equip them to make them show up. I wish the stupid achievement score was like that.

Right, but because of where they put it, I believe you can only have one title active at a time? If they were to put all the titles, decorations, and achievements under a dedicated tab, you could make whatever you want visible or not. While they’re at it, they could move the achievement score to that tab as well, and make that visibility optional.
Basically, I don’t know why it needs to be crammed in next to the profile picture. Seems like that choice really limits what they can do with the feature.
