It was probably done this way because Caldari has more players. That being said, it didn’t feel like it was much of a contest between the Empires. And individual participation sorely lacked.
If they do another one I’d like to see players given a few choices to vote on for each of their Empires in terms of primary, secondary (etc.) goals. In addition, it would be nice if players had more options that could be repeated.

Most players who were around back during the Triglavian Invasion would agree that it was scripted right from the start for the sole purpose of creating Pochven…
I know some forum posters will quickly disagree with my post… However that doesn’t matter…
In my opinion that’s when CCP started to openly not care what the playerbase thinks… Since then, each event has become even more scripted than the last to ensure that whatever the Dev’s envisioned will ultimately become reality, all done under the guise of it being player choice due to player participation…

This. Seeing some objectives being available on week one, but never completed by the end of the campaign. Yet, if those interested in the activity itselft were allowed to continue contributing, those objectives could have been completed within 4-5 weeks, if not less.
And because the activities were limited, in contributions and in numbers, I ended up doing objectives for all 4 empires. So there was no sense of loyalty toward any empire. At least on my Omega mains, I don’t “need” the standing tics, so I could have stick to one empire (Caldari for most) if it was possible to repeat objectives. On my omega secondary alts, being able to chose from any empire was appreciated though.
But to claime glory to one or another empire on this event is worthy of the Fiction Portal subforum. If all 4 empires had the exact same objectives, coming in the exact same order, and if players were to select an empire to complete objectives for, the outcome would nave been different, no doubt.

Exactly, it was scripted in such a way that all 4 main Factions would get their Campaign goals completed… Once again changing the geography of New Eden…

Speaking of which as he openly stated in his now hidden post he will repost the same garbage no matter how many times the mods delete it I think the best way to deal with him would be to just outright ban him from the forums. 
Edit: just for context this was like the fourth time he posted the same thing and got removed every time.

Go read forum rules dude. Freedom of speech with certain topics that are not tolerated on the forums, which include references to real life politics. There are other outlets on the internet for your whining and hurt feelings with real life people where you are sure to find a parrot-choir for your world views.
