[Villore Accords] Removal of Passengers from current holdings

GMVA is currently seeking to recruit a freelance courier who can move large amounts of Passengers out of the Cloud Ring region back to High Security space, and facilitate the reintroduction of the Passengers back into the general population.

The original set of contracts to do this where set up with baseliner corporations. Unfortunately these have been shown as inadequate to avoid loss in transit. We are now specifically seeking Capsuleer specialists in this area.

In an effort to be transparent with a correction needing to be made. All uses of the word Livestock should be replaced with Passengers. We where unaware of the change made buy the market on the classification on this kind of hauling. The original has been posted below with the top post being changed to be more accurate of the current situation.

I, Nauplius, Prophet of God, do hereby seek the assistance of a courier who will pretend to accept the above offer from Villore, but will instead divert the passengers to the 24IC station in Mehatoor, where the Minmatar passengers will be sacrificed upon the Altar of God and the rest given instruction in the Faith.

“Also: BWAHAHAHAHA!”

Where in Cloud Ring? That’ll impact who can even begin to attempt it.

There is a surprising lack of information regarding the individuals in need of transport.

We don’t know where they are located, or how many of them there are to take into consideration how much m3 we shall need to prepare for safe and comfortable transportation. We don’t have any guarantees of safe passage into Cloud Ring by GMVA for the purposes of collecting and transporting the cargo. We don’t even have a manifest of passengers for identification purposes for their re-integration into empire space, if even that is where they wish to go.

A considerable amount of information is required before I recommend anyone offer any services in this endeavour. Why should we need to go to Cloud Ring to extract them anyway? Does GMVA not have access to jump freighters to move them to a low-security area that is more easily accessible than the lawless frontier in which it is no-mans land?

Low-sec’s a lot more of a ‘lawless no-man’s land’ than anywhere in null that isn’t an active warzone. None of you actually maintain any kind of control over access to the space your empires claim to control, and citizens of your own nation are routinely attacked for the dire sin of not having signed up with your militia.

Would you make it publicly known where a group of Passengers is being kept in this cluster? I believe Naupi’s sentiments above your own are proof as to why we did not make this public knowledge.

You certainly do not have safe passage in Cloud Ring. When a contract is established with a courier they will have safe passage.

This sort of goes with the first point but also I would like to add that we don’t particularly care if that is where they want to go. It is certainly safer there, and we wont let Serpentis affiliated personnel stay in Cloud Ring.

Because that is what we are asking for? I am confused, I would think a strong Caldari mind such as yourself would understand that in this business transaction we are the client offering the job. We are certainly not Philanthropists who take mortals on booze cruises.

We certainly do and we could probably facilitate something for the appropriate partners but to suggest that we use our own vessels to carry mortals is simply insanity. Not only is CODE a consistent scourge on the high sec space lanes, but Cal Mil would not blink for a second at shooting a GMVA refugee transport.

Thank you for your comments Mantel.

We are still looking for an effective partner for this project, please fell free to get in touch on Galnet.

It’s rather impossible for someone to break into your station or citadel to steal them, yes.

I do, in more of it than you do. More specifically, though, I believe he was pointing out that you’ve made no assurance of safe passage for the courier. You might not shoot at them, but your alliance members might. Stating clearly and firmly up front that whoever takes the contract will have a guarantee of safe passage should have been in the OP.

So they’re Serpentis?

Would it take a Jump Freighter? How much m3 are we talking about?

We can certainly provide safety to the courier and I speak for my alliance when I say that.

Other then that though all of these facts will be discussed with and when a courier is decided on.

This will be my last response here if any entities wish to be considered for this job please send a mail on Galnet.

It warms my heart to see that we are once again on speaking terms, madam.

“On speaking terms” might be overstating it a little, Mr. Nauplius.

I can’t totally avoid seeing what you’re saying or doing. Interfering a little in certain things seems like the least I can do for my parents’ memory. And for my people. And for my self-respect.

Right now the immediate path forward is at least clear. For the longer term … we’ll see whether any paths open besides tearing down what you build, from tritanium or words.

But you can avoid giving him the responses he wants.

He’s literally had nightmares about “Also: Bwahahahahah!” Or more particularly me resuming adding it to his remarks as a postscript all the time.

I don’t have much hesitation there.

I promise, he prefers that to you ignoring him.

Literally this, yeah.

Hm. I see.

Only, torturing him so passively isn’t very satisfying. He worked hard to get me this angry, after all. He’s earned a little creativity.

If simple nonresponsiveness really is the sharpest jab I can direct his way, though. . . .

He craves attention. If you’re torturing him, it means you care, in his view. It means you’re invested in him, the way he’s invested in you.

I don’t really trust your judgment on this, Arrendis. You’ve always been sure, so you’ve never looked at him very closely. Never risked approaching.

Ignoring him might hurt him, but it’s not because he craves attention generally. He’s not like some bratty child for whom all attention is good, even if it’s negative.

… however, that might be completely true, if the attention is mine.

Hate isn’t the opposite of love, after all. That would be … apathy.

Well. So be it.
