I was wondering if a VNI is still viable in a C3 and if so how would you fit it.
Also can it be done in a HAC or BC. I can’t really afford a rattlesnake at the moment.

Passive tank Gila is a much better option.
Here’s an idea, tech 3 ships are made of sleeper poo. One would guess that a t3 boat can do all the things you want to do to sleepers with them.
No, a HAC cannot do class 3 anomalies and a battlecruiser, maybe. I think a Drake with logi can.
vni is suicide, BC can ,albeit slow, T3 cruiser or BS will chew through them.
VNI is good if you are in a company and you are going to find silent c3 whs to ratt in together. If you live in c3 i suggest gila<tengu/loki<rattle
