Doesn’t even have to be economic viable. This is a game. You play it for fun. Toppling over sandcastles of your rivals is fun.
Therefore even using real life money to enable this would be viable if you can’t finance your fun fully ingame.

If they only went for their rivals it would make sense .
400m extra cost is paltry for many individuals, let alone corporations. Its a tiny fraction of my own EVE wealth. All the changes really do is make war prohibitive for poor players…which is a pretty bizarre definition of ‘fair’.

What’s the fleet composition that 400 mil makes so much difference? It’s probably Thoraxes and Vexors with named modules.

a firm that is specialized on wardecs, for them the concord bribe is just a expense.
but for a corp that goes after small corps with 1 athanor, the 500mill become a problem as the core is going to cost the same, so there is no more profit to be made. thats what the change is really about. not about nerfing Blackflag.

You guys should not be presenting figures or ideas about things you have never, not once, even engaged with the content.
All I see here are false assumptions and group that can’t win using the current mechanics so you all seek to change the rules in your favor and against the only pvp group that’s left.
CCP are you not concerned that the game is in the worst state it’s ever been in all the while these Care bears are destroying the last remaining PVP group.

Not everyone wants to make ISK by grinding away at a mining laser for 50 billion years while watching Netflix. The whole original idea of EVE was attacking and looting stuff…its even in the original trailer.
Sadly…those who claim to care about EVE are the very people slowly destroying it.

You (and like 10 of your alts) claim to have done so, which I’ll happily believe, but have done nothing to give good input to a discussion about it because it’s all complaints about how other people have less experience than you and about how you have so much more experience than others, yet you add zero substance to the topic.
Could you perhaps give a good example and start by clearly explaining what the problems are you face on the topic of war decs?

did you? (your boss setting one up, doing the math, running the business and tell you when to press F1 does not count)
Nevertheless, it would be still of value to actually get some of your infinite wisdom, but for this to happen you need to start to actually say somethings about it.
Actually I’m one of the few that has…both in Wrecking Machine and Blackflag. About 2 Trillion ISK worth of blown up stuff.
That’s pretty much the point I make in so many threads. I don’t lecture people on wormholes…when I have rarely been in one…yet there are people who rattle away all day about wardecs, ganking, and other PvP yet they’d poop themselves if they ever had to actually undock.
The worst of the lot is the ‘think of the children !’ brigade who pretend to care oh so much about noobs and ‘player numbers’ but its all just a ruse to hide how useless they themselves actually are at PvP.
Yes…it is all a joke, with CCP-FC listening to the wrong canary in the wrong mine.
